From July till December 2024 I will hold Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions every second Sunday evening from 8-9 pm (Central European Time) online.
Breathe from the comfort and safety of your own space.
Let the week come to a close by treating yourself to a moment of self-care and introspection.
After the session you may want to transition directly into a good night’s deep rest.

What do I need to practice Conscious Connected Breathing online?
a stable internet connection
a downloaded version of zoom (www.zoom.us)
a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for a good hour
a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on (this could be your bed or sofa)
a blanket
a blindfold or eye pillow (optional)
For a better sound experience I recommend using headphones.
What can I expect from a Conscious Connected Breathwork Session?
Conscious Connected Breathing is a safe and effective technique to facilitate the release of old thought patterns and to bring about a shift in consciousness. This shift in consciousness is part of a natural process of cleansing and relaxation which happens on a physical, emotional and mental level.
Conscious Connected Breathing can have a profound effect on our subconscious.
Please note that the technique can cause the following:
Tingling sensations
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Tetany - cramping in certain areas of the body (normally hands and feet), due to a change in the ratio of 02 and Co2 in the blood.
Diverse physical sensations
Emotional release
Energy and vibration in certain areas of your body or throughout the whole body
Recall of memory and activation of the subconscious
Breathwork Contraindications
1) In the following cases you should not take part in Conscious Connected Breathwork:
Severe cardiovascular disease (previous heart attacks or strokes)
Severe psychological condition like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
Epilepsy
Aneurysm in brain or abdomen
Pregnancy
2) In the following cases it’s up to you to decide if you want to participate. However, I advise you to breathe more gently, stick to nose breathing and to inform me of your condition in advance:
Asthma (bring inhaler)
High blood pressure
Recent surgery
Glaucoma
PTSD
Actively using recreational drugs or medication that alters brain chemistry – painkillers, antidepressants, anti-anxiety, stimulants, hallucinogens etc.

It is important to me that everybody - regardless of their current budget - can get to know and practice Conscious Connected Breathwork.
The Conscious Connected Breathwork Sessions are offered on a donation basis.
