Chris has been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade. In his professional career as a dancer and choreographer yoga has continously helped him find peace of mind, inner strength and balance.
In 2012 he completed his 200 hour teacher training with Tribe Yoga in India. Since then he has taught yoga classes in Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Uruguay, Brazil and Germany. In summer 2016 he completed his 500 hour RYT training with Tribe in the mountains of Austria.
