A guided breathwork session helps you reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. In a safe, mindful space in the yoga studio, you will experience the powerful effects of conscious breathing—accompanied by music and professional guidance.
We begin with a gentle physical warmup to ease tension, link breath with movement, and create a sense of grounding and safety.
You’ll receive a clear introduction to the breathing technique and simple ways to adapt it so you feel supported throughout the experience.
Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, circular breath—full, deep, and without pauses—paired with verbal guidance and a curated playlist.
Lying down, you’ll breathe through all your breathing spaces, supporting emotional release, somatic awareness, and shifts in energy or insight.
Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, or more peaceful after a session.
We’ll close with a mindful integration period so you can settle, reflect, and return to the present moment feeling grounded and connected.
Currently I hold regular sessions at Openyoga Bern and B.Yoga Basel.
